This is my second time working with Maryann! I bought my first home with her in 2017 and sold it in January of 2022! I had such a good experience buying with her that I knew I had to work with her again when I was putting my home on the market. She is always available, incredibly thorough and always looks out for your best interest whether you are buying or selling. I am even working with her AGAIN to buy our second home. I can't say enough amazing things about Maryann! :)

Finding a good RE Agent is not an easy task, I was looking for a Unicorn amongst the sea of agents LI has. An agent who was experienced, smart, driven, knows the market they represent but yet warm, compassionate, easy to speak with and available when needed. Never did I think the person who walked through the door back in July would be all that and plus. A bit of background on our house sale: It was my 89 year old moms house that she owned and lovingly took care of since 1964. It was the house I grew up in. It was the house filled with my dad's craftsmanship. It was the house that Santa/the Tooth-fairy/the Easter Bunny visited. It was the house we shared many wonderful memories in. We weren't just selling a house we were selling a home. MaryAnn understood this and held our hands throughout the whole process. There was nothing she wouldn't do for both my mother and I. She priced the house appropriately, she helped us negotiate between multiple bids, she watched out for my mom when I was away during the sale, she always touched base with us to make sure we were both okay, she dropped off boxes to help with packing, she offered to help with our tag sale, she sat with us when we become very emotional about selling the house, she was also a tough cookie when it came to negotiations and how things should be handled. MaryAnn was a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive, thorough and hard working. She helped me to sell my co-op at a great price and in a short period of time. I had a tenant while trying to sell and she skillfully built a relationship with him, which allowed him to be comfortable and patient with the process. MaryAnn was always responsive to my questions. She took her time to explain things and was also receptive to my input. She always made me feel like what I had to say was important, it felt like we were a team. Her follow through and persistence when needed were both excellent. She made an experience that could have been overwhelming very manageable and ultimately a big success. I highly recommend her.

We had many issues with permits and Co's which she helped to gather and complete. MaryAnn knew exactly how to price our home and it sold on the first open house within a day or two of listing. We are so grateful for all her help along the whole process and now we are glad to call her our friend!

When it came time to put in an offer, she was a fierce negotiator who ensured I got the best deal possible. And once we had an accepted offer, she saw the deal through and ensured that any and all problems along the way were quickly resolved for a smooth closing. Courteous, kind and thorough, from the moment we first made contact to the moment I closed on my co op just a few hours ago today, Mary Ann played an essential role in finding my new home. She is easily the most thorough and determined realtor that I have worked with. For close to a year she and I checked out over a dozen places until we finally found the perfect place. Mary Ann was very good at sticking to my preferences and always keeping me updated when a new unit became available in a town I preferred. MaryAnn was ALWAYS available and extremely knowledgeable! She made the confusing, and sometimes difficult process of buying easier. She listened to our needs and wants and translated them into available properties. She was an excellent middle man between myself and the sellers. Setting up appointments at a moments notice. She was in constant contact with all parties during the purchasing process and kept me informed the whole way. MaryAnn is an amazing agent and liaison for any buyer!

We were looking for a house for my mother. My wife saw this house for sale by another agent. That agent was not very responsive so we requested to contact the agent via Zillow. MaryAnn responded (as our buyer agent) and was able to get us into the house very quickly. We put a bid on the house right after seeing it and it was accepted even before it hit the market. The process with the seller was not the best and they were still not very responsive but MaryAnn kept after them. MaryAnn kept us informed as much as possible and she was always quick to respond to any questions. Overall, it was a pleasure working with MaryAnn throughout the entire process.

MaryAnn Toner truly went above & beyond for our sale! She helped find contractors to fix inspector issues & she met with contractors when we couldn't be there. She made great recommendations on how to manage the interior to make it more appealing and was very honest & open. She was always available when we needed her and was quick to follow-up with our progress and always offered her help. Her expertise truly made this sale happen, and happen fast!

Very helpful through the whole process. Was in communication almost daily about new open houses and when we found a house about the process. She made it very easy for us to go through the first time home buying process. She went out of her way to reach out to home owners or agents of houses on the market without open houses to get us into the house around our schedule. We would have been extremely lost without her guidance.
